BONFIRE CREATIVE ADULT CLASSES
Creatively sequenced vinyasa flow, adaptable and responsive to the individual and group ability and energy levels in each class. Emphasis is placed on safe alignment and a satisfying balance of strengthening challenge poses and restful restorative poses. Music, contemplative readings and simple pranayama (breath work) are incorporated based on collective preference and time constraints.
Inner Child Yoga & Creative Movement
All of the lighthearted, imaginative and playful elements of a kids’ yoga class together with the safe, balanced sequencing of an adult yoga class--a delightful break from the daily grind. This class may incorporate partner and group activities, movement games, props, and mindful art projects. Perfect for team building and strengthening interpersonal relationships in a non-competitive space.
CENTERED: Ballet-Inspired Total Body Workout
Ballet dancers take their barre exercises to the center of the room when they want to challenge their muscle memory and work their balance through the core without a barre to lean on. Using light weights and high reps, Centered Class will enhance your mind-body connection, refine your movement quality and increase your strength, balance, posture and grace. No dance experience required! Inspired by classical ballet, yoga, Pilates and HIIT, each class is set to carefully curated playlists that will keep you moving from the first plie to the juicy stretch sesh at the end of class.
Ballet/Barre HIIT & Tone
A shortened and more intense version of Centered, this 30-45 minute class alternates ballet-inspired cardio and total body toning moves in a circuit-style format to deliver results and keep your workouts challenging and interesting.
